Divisions and Rules
Country Swing/ Stationary Freestyle:
Level: All Level
Competition Choices: Jack and Jill (no partner needed) and Strictly (sign up with your partner)
Partner Dancing Rules:
- LIFTS: No lifts in Jack and Jill, lifts allowed in strictly. Collision caused by a lift may result in disqualification.
- MEETING: Competitor meeting is at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. You must be at the meeting to check in and be eligible to compete.
